AVOID.
I was the only one in there, he didn’t even brush my hair through or look at the texture/length/thickness.
I was taken over to the sink, no niceties. The water was cold and I think maybe he used some shampoo but there was no effort to actually clean my scalp, don’t think he used any conditioner. Taken to the mirror, he didn’t partition my hair even though it’s really thick. Seemed like he was chopping random bits off. Hair looks same, over in 20 minutes - felt ripped off.

Unfortunately my treatment felt quite rushed. I was clearly the last appointment of the day and that came across that my beautician wanted me in and out ASAP. I would be happy to try again but it does not feel as though they are set up for pedicures.

Haircut was not exactly what I wanted, wanted more layering than I got. There were no niceties here… no conversation at all, no massage when hair washed and I was unsure if it had even been conditioned as so brief, no drink offered etc.
