I felt welcomed and was offered a drink when I walked in. The young lady who did my hair. Whitney. Was lovely she listened to what I wanted doing and completed my haircut exactly as I had asked. Well done Whitney.

Freya is a lovely young lady. She asked if the temp of the water was ok. She shampooed my hair & did a great head massage, but didn’t ask a lot of personal questions, which I appreciated. She did ask how much hair I’d like ‘cut off’ & whether or not I wanted any products to be used before blow drying my hair. I was very happy with the service & will definitely go to Treatwell again
