The salon itself was lovely, got offered a drink as I sat down just like you would any other salon. Tyla was great, she took a lot of care and was very meticulous in her work. I will definitely go back next time I need my hair doing.

The Biggleswade Academy is a brilliant place to get your hair done and help people train. The instructors are great as are the trainers by and large. I have had all round great experiences on every other visit. Only vaguely negative comment this time was that the stylist needs to learn more about how to talk to clients: welcoming, informing of each stage of procedure. This is meant to be constructive criticism as the styling was fine.
