The trainee was fantastic, she went through every step as I had a scalp condition and then went over and beyond with a different shampoo and advice - the finish of the cut and blow dry has lasted for a couple of days so thank you very much

Sophie did an amazing job with my hair. I love the balayage, it's really lifted my hair. She also had great advice for some products for my hair as well as how to hold the curls for a wedding I was going to a few days later.
