Stylist didn’t make eye contact
Asked me if I wanted a drink and then didn’t get it
Took to long applying colour and toner
When cutting hair she put my parting in the middle and I said o don’t have it in middle and she said I always cut hair with parting in the middle and I said well I have layers round the front so need it cutting having my side parting
No conversation what so ever
She looked miserable and bored
Saying all that I am pleased with the colour

I was greeted on arrival by the team, seated and had a brief chat before Emily started. It was nice to see the trainees being shown so well what to do. My hair looked beautiful and I was really pleased. I would say take a snack and a bottle of water if it stretches over lunchtime as I forgot, I’ve had so many comments on my hair so thank you

Paris asked me how I wanted my Hair, then went to refer with her Tutor. While washing my Hair she asked me if the temperature of the Water was ok. Had a good cup of tea made by her. Paris followed instructions well so I had an excellent Haircut.
