The lady in charge Donna I think her name was is excellent. She really goes the extra mile to help the students and advised me well on what was best for my hair . Which was spot on . My experience with my trainee stylist was good too. She was professional and friendly. I'm very happy with my colour and trim . Felt relaxed in the salon . Will return again.

This is not for me. I understand that it's a training school and these lovely young ladies have to practice. Unfortunately, I am not a patient person and the long time it took (2 hours) to cut my hair was too long drawn out for me. Mia was very apologetic about the time it took and she was lovely, but I won't be returning.
