Really disappointing hair & service. Both ladies working were mask lax, off and on throughout, including chatting over me while I was at the sink with masks off. I explained what I wanted & I'd booked the closest apt I thought matched online. Lady was annoyed it wasn't exactly as booked. I saw her be very forecful with a girl who came in asking questions before booking, who she then criticised to other customers. All this made me too uncomfortable to complain, but my hair was terrible.
