I came to Cellys today for a haircut and blow-dry. My hair was quite dry and frizzy, and Ceyhan recommended a smoothing treatment. I’m so glad I went with her suggestion — my hair feels much smoother, softer and looks amazing! Ceyhan was very friendly, professional and took the time to understand what my hair needed. I’m really happy with my haircut and the overall result. Such a lovely experience and great service. Highly recommend! 😊✨
