I have done my eyebrows at celly’s and Ceyhan did it for me. It was a nice experience and she is very customer friendly as well.
Good service and excellent price
I came to Cellys today for a haircut and blow-dry. My hair was quite dry and frizzy, and Ceyhan recommended a smoothing treatment. I’m so glad I went with her suggestion — my hair feels much smoother, softer and looks amazing!
