The products used were good however I was not particularly impressed with the therapist. After the facial, I complained to the other staff and she was quite attentive to listen to my concerns and offered a complimentary gift. However, walking out after the facial I still left slightly annoyed about wasting my time. Overall, I will not be going back again because I didn’t feel I got the 30-min pampering I was hoping to get from the session.
