My appointment began 10-15 minutes after schedule as the therapist was on the phone to the manager upon arrival. It was nice, but it didn't feel very 'tailored' to me with information about my skin and what to do etc. The therapist was okay, but again I don't feel it was exceptional for the money.

I had a great experience at my skin scanner consultation. The therapist, Kelly, took the time to explain all the different aspects of the scanner, and was very understanding of my skin concerns. She recommended the best products for my skin, and explained why they were important and how they would help me. She didn't push for me to buy any products, but recommend which two she thought I should start with and then provided samples of the rest. After the consultation I received a full skin prescription, which listed all the products she had recommended. It was a fantastic experience and great value for money.
