The skin scan was great, very interesting and I learnt some tips to improve my skin which both included the products on sale and extra things i could do at home. Which i thought was really great as they were not pushing the products.
The only down side was that it was quite busy and there was only one member of staff in the shop. Therefore every time the phone rang or someone came in he had to go and attend to that and stop my treatment.

amazing! told me what i needed to do from my skin. didnt try to persuade me to buy thier products and bin my current regime. gave me advice to helo e.g. change face cloth more often. ended up buying eye cream and mask and got some testers!! staff were really friendly! defo coming back here and highly recomended.

Had a skin care consultation which was very in depth despite being half an hour long! Very useful and I learnt some surprising things about my skin (e.g that it's become sensitive due to using harsh products) and I never would have thought that because it doesn't feel any different.)
They weren't pushy at all regarding buying their products and were genuinely just recommending how to look after skin better.
It's definitely worth the time and money!

Staff was really nice as well as massage. Unfortunately I was not able to shower since there is only one spa room and next treatment is booked right after mine. It would be better if customers could have extra 20mins to shower after treatment.
