The salon was very nice looking. The guy that did the consultation for me was very knowledgable and very pleasant. After the skin consultation he recommended some products and how and when to use them but I didn't feel forced to buy anything.

I had to wait quite a while before being served. Personnel was very helpful but it did feel a bit like they were pushing the products. Would have loved to get the skincare analysis by email, I only had a quick look at it during the session. Would have been nicer to have the consultation downstairs as to not being disturbed by other shopping people interrupting the consultation.

Probably not worth a tenner but the staff were lovely. Worth doing if you're planning on spending over £20 anyway. Can't help but feel this will be offered as a free consultation service in the future - like Boots No7 colour match
