I honestly couldn’t recommend Cassie enough. From my very first appointment, she has been absolutely exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and understand exactly what is being done.
Cassie took the time to explain the PRP treatment thoroughly, talked me through every step and was always happy to answer any questions I had. She never made me feel rushed, and I really appreciated all the advice she gave me throughout!

I went to see Cassie after having terrible post-partum hair loss that was impacting my confidence. She talked me through everything and recommended a treatment plan. After a few months on her hair loss plan, the results were insane! She took before and after pictures so I could see the progress and I already feel more myself again. Whether it's a facial or a massage, Cassie is very skilled and thorough, and she's an absolute babe! Been to her multiple times, never had a bad experience. I've moved to the other side of London now, but Im still trekking to Penge for Cassie's massages. She's the best.
