I went to Cassie for a Hollywood wax and the whole experience was exceptional! The salon was clean and she was very professional. I was quite anxious and Cassie picked up on this and kept me distracted which was very considerate. This made the appointment more settling and it made the appointment go quickly. The results were great and I will definitely be returning to Cassie for my next appointment!

I was nervous to have a wax as I haven’t had one in years, Cassie greeted me with a warm welcome which made me feel at ease before I even entered the salon. The salon was lovely and warm, with nice decor! She was highly experienced, the treatment was smooth and painless. Cassie made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment with our little conversations! I would highly recommend and will be going back without a doubt!

This was the worst wax I’ve ever received - the technician talked way too much which made the appointment 10x longer than it needed to be, she wasn’t very good at waxing either; taking forever to remove the hairs and doing so unsuccessfully meaning she had to go over and over which, as you can imagine, very painful. Since the appointment I’ve been getting ingrown hairs and spots all over where the wax was which is ugly and very painful. Will not be coming back here
