I’ve had several haircuts here and usually the experience is flawless. This time there was a problem with my haircut which I unfortunately only noticed after going home. The salon was very professional about the mistake and got me in the next day to have it fixed. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate their professionalism in fixing it.
