The salon is lovely, as is all the staff. The hair wash was great. Unfortunately I have to reduce points because I left with my hair way shorter than I asked for. I literally pointed to the hairdresser’s hair and said I wanted the same length as hers. She also reassured me that she’ll leave the length enough so I can tie it. Sadly, my hair is way too short (at least 3 inches short than hers) and there is no way to tie it up. Nothing I can do now than wait till it grows out.

The salon team are very welcoming and always manage to put me at ease. The actual layout of the salon floor is well thought out. I have always been offered a drink during my visits.
Sonia really does work her magic on my hair. I value her advice and expertise.
