The staff are friendly and welcoming and efficient giving an excellent service..

I asked for wavy, V-shaped layers at the back and ended up with poker-straight, one-length sides. The points are sticking up in all directions and I cannot scrunch my hair as I'm used to. The stylist did offer to restyle but it is the cut which is not right: a straight bob with short neck instead of wavy layers. I was in tears when I came home.
