The venue is located in a high rise office so you have to get a QR to be let in, which I wasn't aware of and the queue at reception was quite long. The room is just an office room on a floor that people are working on. It isn't a clinic or private area as I don't think this was clear. You have to complete a form as a new client but this is taken out of your appointment time, which is a bit disappointing. Massage was fine on the whole but nothing exceptional given the price point.
