There was no discussion about the treatment at any point, no signposting of what was happening or going to happen, and no aftercare advice. I've had extractions at multiple salons but these were excruciating; it's been three days but my skin is still aching. When I expressed that these were painful, I was given condescending platitudes and the treatment continued unchanged. I can't recommend this salon or this treatment.

I’ve been going to Ambee for almost 2 yrs now. I started with their waxing service, which is excellent. I have very sensitive skin and have tried A LOT of salons but the only place where my skin never had a reaction was in Ambee’s. Now I availed their laser hair removal services. I’m a few sessions in and I can see significant changes. My hair’s growing slower and thinner now. Still a few sessions to go tho before I go hairless. Lastly, Ambee and her staff are always really nice and pleasant!
