I went to Elizabeth for a massage and, after some initial conversation about what had brought me along, we both agreed on a change of direction.
The hour was spent experiencing craniosacral therapy for the first time, blended with Internal Family Systems work which I had some background experience of. I continue to feel the benefits of an ‘internal spaciousness’ and ease, which has stayed with me.
Elizabeth listens deeply and works with sensitivity and an openness that felt very safe.

I am very happy I have finally found someone like Elizabeth. Exceptionally knowledgable, kind and skilled. I am a massage therapist myself and my body is always in need of massage and for the first time I felt like all my pains and aches were properly addressed and dealt with. I will definitely be a regular. I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you so much.
