As always, a great treatment and a great deal of relief. I had problems sleeping for days due to constant tingling and pain in my arms. After the appointment with Elizabeth I have finally had a good night sleep without the need for changing position every half an hour. Thank you so much.

This was my second visit to Elizabeth. She discussed my previous visit and checked what I was wanting to get out of this visit. She remembered my various issues and checked throughout the massage that the therapy she was delivering was meeting outcomes I had requested. Relaxed and professional. Will need to get my next massage booked!
