I found Kerima to be unfriendly during the treatment. I am happy to be offered helpful advice, but Kerima came across at patronising and unprofessional. When the hot wax was used this was done in huge sections, making it painful. While I am mostly pleased with the result, the overall experience meant that I won’t be coming back again.
