Very calming atmosphere and very lovely and polite staff - I was offered a hot drink whilst I was having my hair done. Had the most relaxing wash and gorgeous cut, nearly fell asleep it was so calming. Haircut was exactly what I wanted and I even had help and advice from my stylist on what would be best. Such good value for money.

By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received, and I wished I had stayed to tell them.
I walked out looking like Andy Warhol.
When the hairstylist finished she held her hand to her forehead and did a nervous laugh to her colleague saying “it has been a long day”.
The tools she used weren’t clean, didn’t use any heat protection on my hair before blowdrying. I said I wanted a trim to grow out my hair from being short, she hacked away at it like she was doing arts and crafts
I am devastated.
