As always staff friendly - although had to wait a while for my treatment as they had overbooked, luckily I had the time but i recommend going in to make an appointment. Staff were apologetic and friendly, treatment was good - just shame about the wait!
I booked online and came here for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived i said I have a booking for 6 the man said it came up as 7 on his system and apologised and ask if I could wait 15 minutes. I told him that's not a problem I will go and get some food in the mean time. I was taken to the back room to proceed with my treatments, the lady asked me if I wanted normal pedicure and the a shellac manicure I said yes that's correct. Then she went and another lady came to do me instead. The pedicure was okay but she didn't scrape my feet so the heels were still dry by the end of it. When she was done she asked me if I liked them I said yes and then she went into the other room and took over from another colleague and proceeded to do her nails. I was sitting waiting for my manicure for 15 minutes and then she came back in and asked if I wanted my nails done to. I said yes that is originally what I booked for. She then went back and continued to do the other ladies nails meanwhile I'm sitting watching her through the glass window! After a further ten minutes I decided to put my jacket on and leave. The women at the cashier said she's going to be finished in a minute and apologised. I told her I can't stay I had other things to do. She said can you come back tomorow! ( if I wanted my nails done on the Friday I would not of booked for the Thursday) who on the earth would get there toes done one day and the hands on the next. Still can't believe I payed 25 pound for a pedicure and was in the shop for 1h and 45 minutes. I was absolutely fuming. In bright news I bought myself a super cute pair of shoes after so I get to flaunt my new toenails, but my hads are not done so looks like I will have to buy myself a pair of gloves aswell.
Hair cut was ok although he took more length off than I asked. They really need to improve the customer experience. He didn't seem prepared for the booking, really rushed my hair wash and kept going to serve customers mid way through the wash, didn't offer a drink, he was very distracted the whole way through.
