Hairdresser was loudly talking to friend throughout. Felt like she didn't care about my hair and just wanted to get it done as quickly as poss as my appointment was already 30 mins late. Lady on reception took my coat but just put it on the floor.

Good experience. It definitely depends on which therapist attends to you as experimental has differed per treatment. Recommend returning to same therapist if it was good quality and not just first available.
