They were at least 20 minutes late and didn't even apologise. The girl giving the manicure was pleasant but didn't touch my cuticles and try shellac was quite a quick job (also not a large selection of colours). Have also noticed since that there is gel on my cuticle and some is smudged.

The facial itself was really very good, however the salon was a bit tired and overall the experience didn't make me feel particularly pampered or relaxed.
