Hollywood Waxing

Unfortunately I could not get an appointment at my usual salon for a hollywood hot wax before my holiday, so this was my Plan B. This was a decision I regretted as soon as the beautician started. Firstly, she applied a lot of the pink hot wax. The wax was such a thick layer and it was difficult to pick away the edge to remove the whole lot of the wax. Above all this technique meant the wax hardly removed any hair. This lead to the beautician applying wax to the same area more than once and then switching to use strips to try and rectify her poor technique. I also had to point out several areas which were patchy and needed finishing. I have had several hollywood waxes and this visit caused unnecessary levels of pain. I would not recommend the waxing services at Celebrity Salon.

I booked a brow thread & Hollywood wax. Received a call in the afternoon saying they had double booked & asking if I could come later which I agreed to but they only scheduled in the eyebrow threading & when I mentioned the Hollywood she just said that it can't be done. I've had to book in at another salon to get my Hollywood wax done the next day.
I won't be going back as due to their double booking I didn't get all my treatments I booked for.
