Very good treatment performed - however I had to wait 40min even though I had make an appointment. It was a double booking. Apparently they do it on purpose so people stop booking through Treatwell. Therefore despite a very nice treatment and nice beautician, I'm not sure I'd recommend.

My appointment was at 10am but the salon wasn't open. Someone turned up at 10:30 and did my pedicure but it was a bit difficult because other people turned up for appointments but there was only one lady there. She was trying to phone other people but no answer. Despite this the pedicure looked great. I then went to get my hair done and they put me straight into the sink without any consultation. They then put my parting in the wrong place even though I had told them twice. The cut was rushed and none of it checked after the initial cut. Blow dry was horrible, it burnt my scalp! Overall the hair cut was terrible. Also the wash was under 5min. No massage or conditioning treatment that I had paid for. I would not return again!!

I visited this salon due to the reviews in comparison to the others in the area and I'm glad I chose to do so. I was late and the staff were so accommodating and even stayed late after their stated closing time for my appointments, I had tinting of my eyebrows and eyelashes done and my eyebrows shaped by Zara. I had purposely booked Zara due to the fact her reviews on here were all positive, would definitely recommend. The thoroughness of the treatment to be done well was really nice to see, another woman who asked for iPhone chargers etc. while she had her nails done was welcomed by staff and they were all really nice and accommodating.

My appointment started 10mins late and the lady who did my waxing couldn't speak much English which made it slightly difficult to communicate but she did a good job of the waxing. Took longer than anticipated so I would recommend allowing extra time.
