Went here hoping to just have a straightforward gel manicure and pedicure at what is a pretty standard price but ended up being expensive for the experience. I was there for two and a half hours. I don't know how they were so slow, but it was ridiculous by the end. This was partially due to another customer getting her hair cut who was having a meltdown - from where I sat it didn't seem like there was anything that wrong with her haircut. However, every single one of the staff went to try to calm her down and spent probably 30 minutes attending to her, which meant that myself and another customer were left alone mid-treatment for the entirety of this. Given this, I assumed they would offer some sort of discount as an apology. Instead I was told, as if it was some huge concession on their part, that the credit card fee of £1 was waived, which would have been laughable if it wasn't insulting. This just felt obnoxious: if something does come up midway through a treatment that means that customers are left unattended for 30 minutes (which really shouldn't happen) then at least offer a discount that isn't a joke. At the end of the day my pedicure is fine, but my manicure isn't great - it's been a week and I feel like it's going to come off soon; some of the gel is over-applied making my nails look lumpy. Their gel color selection is also not great. Even the ring of sample nail colors are applied sloppily, which would be such an easy thing to have done well.

everything was perfect and I was very happy with my eyebrows they were perfect only flaw was that i had to wait 40 minutes because they forgot about my booking but besides that the rest was great everyones super friendly

This place is local to where I work so I stumbled across it by chance. Everytime I’ve had my eyebrows done here I’ve been more than impressed, the ladies always do an excellent job and they are very friendly!
