The lady who did my nails was lovely. They were very short staffed and seemed to be quite unorganised with bookings being taken despite them not having staff available. My friend ended up cancelling her appointment, as we couldn't wait to have concurrent treatments that had been booked at the same time! They then rang several hours later to ask where she was, even though she had come and explained and sat next to me for the duration of my treatment!
That said, it was one of the best Shellac applications I have had. The technician prepared my nails really well and checked I was happy with them before applying the Shellac. She was very friendly and is a credit to the salon - I would go back for he alone.
Note there's no option to have Shellac removed and reapplied on Treatwell, so I had to go for OPI application on booking and change it to Shellac at the salon, adding on another £10 - making it £30, which is by no means expensive. Make sure you have cash though, as there is a £1 charge on all card transactions, which I felt was a little bit archaic in 2017!
