The staff is lovely, they are all very nice and welcoming. The Iranian girl who did my Hollywood waxing used a technique that I'd never tried before and I was very satisfied: it's painless and quick. She first applies most of the wax on the skin, she lets it dry almost completely and then take it off, almost all at once. It's much quicker. She also did great nails. The lady who did my eyebrows was very good too, I loved the shape of them. it's not hugely cheap but they're located in Camden so that is to be expected...
