My appt was for 10.am, they didn't open till 10.35am waiting outside in the freezing cold. Then as they got very busy the lady was rushing her job 4 of my nails are already ruined and that's before I got home..one of the amin lady kept telling the girl dealing with me hurry up just do it this way she won't know...I did cuz, because she thought I wouldn't understand her language... rude...
