The most disorganised haircut I've ever had. Zara (who was supposed to cut my hair) didn't appear at first. I was told to wait if I wanted her to cut it or someone else would. I chose 'someone else' as was in a rush. The cut itself was good, but the salon was small and badly positioned (the entire time I had someone's Brazilian blow dry chemicals blowing directly onto my face). The staff didn't seem to know what was going on and made no effort to offer me a drink (not a necessity, but always nice in the hairdresser's!) or to make any conversation. Head massage was very half-heartedly conducted first by the nail woman and then by the guy who stepped in to cut my hair when Zara decided to take on a different client's when she appeared halfway through. As I said, the cut itself (just a trim) was good but I would absolutely not return or recommend this salon to anyone.

Very friendly staff. One of them seemed quite stressed that they had received too many online bookings for the same time. Treatment was relaxing but it wasn’t a full pedicure i.e they didn’t take off any of my dead skin. Would still recommend.
