The wax was fine in the end but as I arrived they told me they didn’t want to do it as I was wearing a tampon towards the end of my cycle and they said it was too unhygienic which as a customer made me feel very dirty and ashamed. In the end the therapist sighed and huffed and puffed and said she’d do the top but she felt that it was unhygienic which I have never experienced at the previous salon I frequented for 3 years

First timer for a bikini wax so was very nervous but Zara was amazing. I wasn't embarrassed at all, it was comfortable and over very quickly. I felt hardly any pain as well. Will definitely be going back!
