Unfortunately did not have a good experience here. Manicurist cut my cuticles very aggressively and ended up cutting my SKIN. My finger bled during the entire manicure and she had to keep wiping the blood. Before going on to the next hand, I told her again to PLEASE BE GENTLE, upon which point she began to argue with me saying my skin was too sensitive...I have regular human skin. She simply does not know how to cut cuticles properly. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Unethical and money motivated, she knew that my hair was too thin to apply extensions, instead of being honest and sending me home like other hairdressers did, she applied extensions. My friend helped to remove them same day. She refused to issue a refund.
