Booked a callus removal first, then got called in and informed that the treatment was only offered as a pedicure add-on and that the 2 together would cost £27. I accepted to pay the £17 left once at the venue. At the end of the treatment, I got asked to pay £27 instead of the £17 i had initially been quoted ocer the phone. Terrible customer service.
