I had laser hair removal. There were two therapists in the room for some reason. No explanation given. They did not leave the room to allow me to undress. They opened the door when I was in my underwear and lying on the treatment table. I thought that quite unprofessional. I was told that I had not shaved but yet did not give me opportunity to remedy the situation like other salons do, some places even shave you if you haven’t done so. Not asking to be shaved but in this case had forgotten.
