Ravina was really nice and the face wax was pretty painless!
Only issue i had was it seemed kind of rushed and when i left there was still some leftover wax on my face/hair (probably missed while cleaning) and i had a burn/small scar near sideburns - seems like the skin came off during wax, but in all fairness i have really sensitive skin..

I am coming since 6 years and recently I feel like the salon is trying to save money on the wrong things. The callus remover are no longer one-time use, the new remover is not very efficient and even though it is cleaned/desinfected properly it leaves a bad feeling and feet are not as smooth as before with the one-time use tool.
