Great pedicure! Good choice of colours. The manicure was fine - I queried why my nails hadn’t been soaked though before sorting the cuticles (they should have been). This was some sort of oversight. The salon were apologetic and I have a discount on my next treatment.
Mistakes happen but fair play to the spa who quickly offered a fair solution.
