Welcome to CALM Wellness, a peaceful space in the heart of Kilsyth offering holistic therapies, energy healing and massage treatments designed to support your mind, body & soul.

Run by Victoria, CALM is built on the belief that true wellbeing comes from within. Whether you're looking to relax, release tension, or reconnect with yourself, my aim is to help you feel lighter, calmer and more balanced.

I work from a cosy treatment room for 1-1 sessions and also have a calming studio space where I hold small group events and healing circles - ideal for guided meditation, reiki shares, sound healing, or community wellness gatherings.

At CALM, it's all about creating space to slow down, breathe and reset.

The venue is conveniently situated close to plenty of public transport options, ensuring a hassle-free journey to the venue for all wellness enthusiasts. There is also a large, free car park to the rear of the property.
