Not entirely sure they were expecting me. Didn't address me by name, just yelled at me across the shop floor. Was seeing to another client at the same time as me, kept going off during my treatment. Proceeded to tell me that treatments I'd had elsewhere were bad and that their system is the best and I should keep coming back to them. Very bad sell. Customer service could be improved. Manicure was untidy. Talked to colleagues during treatment, about other customers. Appeared to be expecting a tip when I went to pay.
Treatwell is fine, but this establishment is not for me.

The staff were extremely helpful and lovely especially the lady who did my predicate called “Bindu”. I was really satisfied with my experience and will dEfo be booking another appointment very soon! Have recommended to friends and family too.
