I went for a back, neck and shoulder massage with an Indian head massage included aswell. I was seen five mins late which is fine but the lady finished the treatment early so I lost time from the massage as it was meant to be 30 mins long but with five mins starting late and finishing five mins early I didn’t get my full time. She never covered me with a towel or asked me to turn onto my front so she could do the front part of my head for the Indian head massage which I previously have had therapists ask me to do.The salon was really noisy and you could hear everything in the room so wasn’t very relaxing despite the room playing calming music. I didn’t feel that the bed that I layed on was clean either with the tissue cover looked already used.
