Incredible Experience at C&R Recovery Clinic
I cannot recommend C&R Recovery Clinic highly enough! I recently visited for a combination of treatments, including a Sports Deep Tissue massage, Infrared Sauna, and EMS, and the entire experience was top-tier.
Corina is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly where my tension points were. Her Sports Deep Tissue massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—firm, effective, and perfectly targeted to relieve muscle tightness. You can tell she really cares about her clients' recovery and well-being.
The facilities are fantastic as well. The Infrared Sauna was the perfect way to relax and detoxify, and the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) treatment added that extra level of recovery I was looking for.
If you are looking for professional recovery services with a personal touch, go see Corina at C&R. I walked out feeling like a new person!
This clinic is definitely the place to visit if you have any physical concerns. Clean, warm and welcoming. I came with a stiff & sore neck. I received a 25 minute UV sauna to relax my muscles, an assessment by a physio and a massage with the very knowledgeable and helpful Corina. Assessing the connected muscles affected. I will definite return and have already told most local friends. They also have PTs, a gym and consultants. An online enquiry or phone call is always returned so do strongly consider them. An introduction offer is currently running.
I went to Erisa for neck pain and was impressed by how thorough she was. She did a full body assessment to find the real cause of the issue, not just treat the symptoms.
After starting a personalised rehab plan with manual therapy and targeted exercises, I felt better straight away after the first session. My posture has improved so much, especially working from home.

I had an excellent experience at this place. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly understand muscle recovery and deep tissue work. The massage was thorough, precise, and very effective. I’ve had treatments at this recovery clinic and I truly cannot recommend it enough. It is a great clinic, and the service has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning.
Corina is truly an angel with her hands. I came in dealing with an illness, and thanks to her care, dedication, and skill, I have seen a dramatic improvement in my health and overall wellbeing. We are still continuing to work on my recovery, but the progress I’ve made so far has been incredible.
I’ve also used the Tecar treatment, the sauna shower, and the gym, and all of them have been fantastic and really supportive of my recovery.
