I saw Erisa for a knee injury and was really impressed by her expertise and professionalism. She quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and guided me through a focused ACL rehabilitation plan that significantly improved my strength and stability. Thanks to her support and targeted exercises, I feel confident and pain-free again. I highly recommend Erisa.

This clinic is definitely the place to visit if you have any physical concerns. Clean, warm and welcoming. I came with a stiff & sore neck. I received a 25 minute UV sauna to relax my muscles, an assessment by a physio and a massage with the very knowledgeable and helpful Corina. Assessing the connected muscles affected. I will definite return and have already told most local friends. They also have PTs, a gym and consultants. An online enquiry or phone call is always returned so do strongly consider them. An introduction offer is currently running.
An incredible professional whike body wellness centre has opened opposite twickenham green. It’s amazing. Corina has taken time to listen to my symptoms and is systematically addressing them with so much knowledge, experience and most of all by really listening. The rest of the place needs exploring too. State of the art equipment exists to build strength, get fit, recover from injuries or relax and recuperate in the infrared sauna. So far I am enjoying the infrared sauna, therapeutic massage and physio. It is all sparkly brand new.
An outstanding recovery clinic! Corina she is knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely cares about your progress. The treatments are effective, the environment is clean and welcoming, and I felt better after every visit. Highly recommend to anyone overall wellness.
