Absolutely fabulous cut and blow dry by Phoebe! She really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. The finish was perfect — so bouncy and fresh, I felt amazing walking out of the salon. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly very talented. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!
