Drove 30 minutes to my appointment to be told Georgina was out of the country on holiday. I had booked to have my makeup done to attend a wedding, which I was late for as a result of having to drive back home and rush doing my own makeup. The shop was basically empty and I’m not surprised if this is how customers are treated. Completely unprofessional and will never book here again. Will also suggest others avoid using if they don’t even bother to show up for appointments.
