I thought Connie was lovely. She was very good at what she did and I loved the blow dry but equally important was the fact that she was kind and very easy to chat to. I would certainly use her again!

I had booked in a hair up appointment for my husband’s 30th birthday. On arrival I was greeted by Connie and she was lovely. However, the style I was given was horrendous. I was in the chair for a maximum of 10 minutes. Connie placed 6 pins in the hair and called it a day. It was so so disappointing and I ended up having to redo it myself which caused anxiety because I was under time constraints! Really poor job…
