I have visited this salon several times, and each time I have had to endure staff making rude comments about customers. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere for paying clients seeking a relaxing experience. Moreover, the staff consistently fail to adhere to appointment times; I have had to wait 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. It is clear that the staff require proper training in customer service if the salon wishes to remain in business.
