had a 9am appointment and by 9.25 there was no sign of her. the hair stylist didn't know anything. I was going to a wedding and on a tight timescale, gave up and did it myself

When I arrived at the salon at 8am two of us had been booked in at the same time which wasn’t the end of the world as Jade did both of the appointments quickly. I did like how my hair was done but unfortunately it had started to fall out before I had even got home from the salon which was a shame.
