Booked in over 3 weeks prior to the make up appointment, set off at 6:15am from central london to make it to loughton 8am. Georgina was not there she was not even in London, she had not seen the appointment even though it was booked 3 weeks prior. She arranged another MUA 30 minutes walk from her salon - one hour and a half later, and booked me in for hair free of charge, hair fell flat after an hour and make up was quite cakey. Was exhausted and had to leave my event early due to above. 0.5/10

had a 9am appointment and by 9.25 there was no sign of her. the hair stylist didn't know anything. I was going to a wedding and on a tight timescale, gave up and did it myself
